In 2016, the brokerage of real estate was started as a further division. Our competence lies in the brokerage of investment properties for Austrian and international investors. Bridge Consult supports national and international private and institutional clients in their search for investment properties. We have access to a local and international network - from investment apartments in Vienna, Munich, Nuremberg or Hamburg to apartment buildings, commercial properties or agricultural areas.
We support small and medium-sized companies with their business challenges. Our focus is on projects involving reorganization, expansion, financing or short-term management bottlenecks. We are available with our network partners on an hourly basis, project-related or as an interim manager.
My professional career began in 1994 in the back office of Investmentbank Austria AG (today Unicredit Group) with a focus on the processing of derivatives transactions. This was followed by management positions in various banks in the areas of securities back office, risk management and compliance. From 2004 I set up a group treasury and controlling for a production and trading company with several Eastern European branches.
In 2008 I switched to a Swiss private bank in Vienna and took over the management of finance, IT, risk management and compliance. The financial crisis made reorganization measures necessary and successfully implemented. During this time there were also inquiries from the personal network for business support. Due to the successes and my desire for independence, the idea of Bridge Consult was born and implemented in 2010.
